For nearly four decades, the Putnam County Community Foundation has been dedicated to helping businesses, charities, and organizations enrich the quality of life and strengthen the community. Reflecting on 2024, we’re proud of all that we’ve accomplished together.
This past year, our team roles have evolved to better align with our strategic plan. We’ve made significant progress as a result of our Community Needs Assessment, including the launch of our Community Data Dashboard, featured in this report. Through that data, we look forward to continuing to convene community stakeholders to build a shared vision and strategic plan for improving mental health and substance use outcomes. We’re also thrilled with the incredible work being done by our grantees. Throughout this report are stories that reflect our community’s shared goals, and the individuals and organizations dedicated to pursuing them.
We’re so grateful for all we’ve accomplished, and we look forward to how we’ll continue to impact Putnam County, together. Through our shared vision of a successful community, we’re thriving on common ground.
With gratitude,
Kyle Beasley, Board President Neysa Meyer, Executive Director
