—————

Join the Putnam County Community Foundation on September 30 at 12 PM for our first virtual annual meeting. Usually held earlier in the year, the meeting was postponed due to COVD-19 restrictions. Although the event will look a little different this year, we are delighted for the opportunity to open the meeting up to the community.

“Holding this year’s annual meeting virtually will allow us to expand our reach,” said Brandon Wells, Executive Director. “We are excited at the prospect of introducing new people to the many ways the Community Foundation positively impacts Putnam County.”

We hope donors, fund stewards, nonprofit partners, and community members will attend the meeting and learn how gifts to the foundation have been used to strengthen Putnam County.

Attendees will receive an update on our financial status, hear from board president, Phil Gick, and learn about grants awarded in 2019. Additionally, we will provide updates on 2020 and announce several exciting initiatives beginning October 1.

The annual meeting will be held via Facebook Live. Individuals wishing to join the meeting should visit our Facebook page at 12 PM on September 30. Anyone who does not have access to Facebook should contact Neysa Meyer at nmeyer@pcfoundation.org.

Attendees who join the meeting will have an opportunity to win a $50 gift card to one of the many great restaurants in Putnam County. Additionally, attendees will learn how they can enter to win a 50” TV donated by Shuee’s Great Buys Plus.

For additional information regarding the annual meeting, please contact the Putnam County Community Foundation at 765-653-4978.
