We are pleased to announce the availability of more than $300,000 in scholarship funding for the 2022-2023 academic year. Once again, the application process is entirely electronic. Click here to access the online application.
There are scholarships for colleges, universities, and trade schools. In addition, there are opportunities for incoming first-year students and upperclassmen. The Community Foundation’s website provides a comprehensive list of all available scholarships and the eligibility criteria for each.
“There are many opportunities for scholarships at the Community Foundation. Between the common application, and the local Dollars for Scholars Chapter applications, students can apply for upwards of 50 separate scholarships by filling out just two applications,” says Dean Gambill, Community Development Director.
Students are encouraged to visit their high school guidance office for assistance with completing the scholarship application. To be considered for scholarships using the Community Foundation’s application, students must apply by 5:00 PM on January 21, 2022.
