Have you seen the new banners on display in downtown Greencastle? We were honored to partner with the Greencastle Arts Council earlier this year to showcase the artwork of Putnam County middle school students. The artists were encouraged to create a design that represented their community and would promote tourism within the county. Congratulations to the four winners; Heath Livingston (NPMS), Liz Kavanaugh (GCMS), Logan Hamm (SPMS), and Ryanne Clark (CMS).
