The Putnam County Community Foundation is a nonprofit public charity established in 1985 to administer funds, award grants and provide leadership, enriching the quality of life and strengthening community in Putnam County. The Community Foundation administers more than 272 funds for donors supporting a variety of charitable activities and has awarded more than $11 million dollars in grants and scholarships.

Youth Philanthropy Fundraiser Night at Almost Home -

The Putnam County Youth Philanthropy held its annual fundraiser at Almost Home on March 2. Gail Smith and Almost Home have graciously hosted this event for nine years. This year, $2,285.23 was raised for the Putnam County Youth Philanthropy Endowment which funds youth-led projects in Putnam County.
