Purpose of Fund

Provide income for programs and expenditures benefitting law enforcement in Putnam County as identified by the Putnam County Prosecutor’s office.


The Endowment is an advised field of interest fund which means that every year, the sitting Prosecutor can advise us on the different charities he wishes to support.

History of Fund

Started in 2000 by the Putnam County Prosecutor with $30,000. Lilly Endowment matched contributions to the fund in 2001. Fund documents signed by Matt Headley and AJ Hacker.
