Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide financial support to charitable projects and agencies as suggested by the Fund Agent, and approved by the Foundation Board of Directors.

History of Fund

Lynn and Dave Bohmer were winners of the 2006 Spirit of Philanthropy Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Community Foundation. In 2007, the couple established a donor advised non-permanent charitable fund at the Community Foundation for the convenience and administrative support it provides for their charitable giving. Through the Community Foundation, the Bohmers support many of their favorite charities such as the United Way of Putnam County, and the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center.
