Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide a renewable source of income to MAIN STREET GREENCASTLE for the furtherance of restoration and development of the historic district of Greencastle, Indiana.

History of Fund

• Started 1991 with a gift of $13,700 from Main Street Greencastle, Inc.
• Signatures on the Fund Agreement are Timothy Clark, President of Main Street Greencastle, and Gwen Bottoms (Secretary) and Robert Evans President) of the Community Foundation. 
• Fund Agreement prepared by Reid Priest.
• Received $10,000 from Heartland Automotive in 1998.
