Purpose of Fund
Grants are awarded from the Lyon Family Endowment by the Board of Directors of the Putnam County Community Foundation to support the changing needs and aspirations of the people in Putnam County as the years go by.

History of Fund
The Lyon Family Endowment was established by Rob Lyon. A Putnam County native who gave back to the community in which he grew up with his finances and his heart. Rob lost his battle with leukemia on July 23, 2007. His legacy lives on.
