The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to fund, through the Putnam County Library, materials for the visually impaired.

History of Fund

Judy and James Johnson established the Albin-Rector Memorial Endowment for the Visually Impaired in 1993. This fund honors the couple's first spouses, Wilmer James Albin and Martha Ellen Rector Johnson in perpetuity, and supports Putnam County Public Library in purchasing materials for the visually impaired.
