Town of Bainbridge Waste Water Improvement Project Fund

Year Founded
2009

Purpose of Fund
The purpose of the Fund is strictly for the Community Development Block Grant Community Focus Fund grant program for the Town of Bainbridge Waste Water Improvement Project.  The Town of Bainbridge is a municipality in Putnam County, Indiana.  If the grant program is unsuccessful, the purpose of the Fund shall be strictly to benefit the Town of Bainbridge, a municipality in Putnam County, Indiana.

History of Fund

The Fund was started as a result of the Town of Bainbridge applying for a Community Focus Fund Grant with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to improve the waste water treatment and handling systems for the Town.  The grant application would be strengthened by establishing a pass-through account at the Putnam County Community Foundation.  The Putnam County Community Foundation strongly supported Bainbridge in pursuing this opportunity and was grateful for the opportunity to serve the community by setting up a pass through account for the Town of Bainbridge.
